Abstract

The process of shifting the paradigm regarding the basic capital of an organization is currently experiencing significant progress. Human capital now plays a central role in improving company performance. Human Resources (HR) are considered assets that have the potential to develop over time, business dynamics and advances in science. This article presents a literature review that focuses on "The application of human capital management in improving the quality of human resources on company performance", as well as exploring the relationship between human capital and company performance. Through this literature review, two main problems were revealed: first, analysis of the relationship between human capital and company performance; second, human capital management itself. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with secondary data collection obtained from scientific articles, online media and other credible sources relevant to the topic under study.
