To achieve this goal, the research reviews relevant literature, including books, journals, and previous research reports. The focus of this research is on employee welfare policies, which include benefits, work environment, training, and work-life balance, as well as how these policies affect loyalty through increased motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. Employee welfare policies encompass various aspects, such as benefits, training programs, and development. The analysis results show that appropriate welfare policies can enhance employee loyalty, especially in challenging multinational company environments. This research aims to analyze service quality improvement strategies through digitalization implemented at Telkomsel GraPARI Plaza Marina Surabaya using the 4P Marketing Mix approach. The method employed is descriptive qualitative, which allows for an in-depth exploration of the implementation of digitalization in enhancing service quality for customers. This study focuses on four main elements of the marketing mix: product, price, place, and promotion, to identify how digitalization plays a role in each of these elements. The data was collected through interviews with managers and staff of GraPARI as well as direct observations of the services implemented. The research results indicate that digitalization at GraPARI Plaza Marina Surabaya has optimized service products through self-service features and mobile applications, facilitated price access with transparency and ease of digital payments, and improved service locations through a digital system that accelerates queues and service processes. Promotions are also strengthened by utilizing digital platforms to provide information and special offers to customers. One promising approach is to capitalize on the impulse buying phenomenon that can provide a significant competitive advantage. This study aims to identify the factors that influence impulse buying in e-commerce live streaming, namely Shopee Live.&nbsp; This research is a quantitative study with a research sample of 100 people. Using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 4.0. The result showed that streamer professionalism, flash sale, and product quality have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases of Somethinc product. In the era of growing globalization, multinational companies are faced with the challenge of managing cultural diversity, improving work efficiency, and encouraging better employee performance. Therefore, it is important for companies to implement the right HRM strategy to create a productive work environment. This study uses a literature review method to examine various sources that discuss HRM, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, incentives, work flexibility, conflict management, and the use of technology. The results of the study indicate that a good HRM strategy begins with the right recruitment and selection process, followed by ongoing training programs to improve employee skills. In addition, transparent performance management, fair incentives, and flexible work policies also play an important role in improving employee motivation and productivity. This study also found that effective conflict management and the use of technology based on HRM systems can provide significant support in creating a harmonious and efficient work environment. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation of ten informants from related agencies. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of direct spending is easier to measure because of its direct impact on public services, while the effectiveness of indirect spending is more difficult to evaluate. Budget efficiency is greatly influenced by transparency, accountability, and the application of information technology in regional financial management. The main factors that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of regional spending include the quality of human resources, central government policies, the level of community participation, and the availability of data and information. To improve budget effectiveness and efficiency, a better management strategy, increased employee capacity, and a sustainable evaluation mechanism are needed. The approach used in this study is quantitative with primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results showed that financial literacy and lifestyle did not have a significant effect on personal financial management, as indicated by the t values ​​of 1.669 and 0.915 (&lt;1.96), respectively. In contrast, income has a significant effect on personal financial management with a t value of 5.572 (&gt;1.96). This finding indicates that income level plays a greater role in financial management than financial literacy or lifestyle. This study aims to analyze the effect of employer branding on employee job satisfaction at CV. Bintang Rejeki Sejahtera, Makassar. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 30 company employees. The results of the study indicate that employer branding has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 64%. This means that employer branding contributes significantly to increasing employee job satisfaction, while the other 36% is influenced by other factors. The main contributing factors of employer branding are company reputation, organizational culture, and work environment. Thus, companies are advised to strengthen employer branding through effective internal communication, employee rewards, and the development of a work environment that supports work-life balance. Otto Pharmaceutical Industries https://ejurnal.yossoedarso.ac.id/index.php/ysej-server/article/view/yej7112 <p>Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh tekanan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja generasi Z di PT. OTTO PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIES. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan SPSS, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,631, t hitung (5,216) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,144), serta P value (0,009) yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Perhitungan manual juga menunjukkan hasil serupa dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,637 dan t hitung (3,090) lebih besar dari t tabel (2,144). Temuan di lapangan mengungkapkan bahwa tekanan kerja yang dikelola dengan baik dapat meningkatkan fokus, efisiensi, dan kemampuan multitasking. Faktor seperti lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, manajemen waktu yang baik, serta adanya penghargaan atas pencapaian turut memperkuat dampak positif tekanan kerja terhadap produktivitas. Namun, tekanan kerja yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan stres, kelelahan, dan penurunan motivasi kerja. This study uses a quantitative method with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The sample consisted of 80 employees taken using cluster sampling technique. The variables of work environment and career development were analyzed for their influence on job satisfaction using data collected through questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (T-statistic: 3.048; P-value: 0.002). Career development was also proven to have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (T-statistic: 5.356; P-value: 0.000). Simultaneously, the work environment and career development contributed 50.2% to employee job satisfaction, with the contribution of career development being more dominant than the work environment. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment and providing career development opportunities for employees to increase job satisfaction. These issues indicate suboptimal performance in both spending and revenue management, particularly regarding the efficiency of operational expenditures and the effectiveness in achieving strategic targets. This study aims to analyze the level of efficiency and effectiveness in financial management at the Department of Public Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs of Asmat Regency, which plays a key role in regional development. A descriptive analysis method is employed, using budget realization report data.
