A quantitative approach was employed, using a questionnaire distributed to 125 hotel guests who have stayed. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that green experiential value has a significant effect on green behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (PRKPP) Kabupaten Asmat, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap pejabat dan staf dinas terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan telah berlangsung cukup efisien, dengan rata-rata realisasi anggaran mencapai 97%, serta efektif dalam memberikan manfaat langsung kepada masyarakat, khususnya Orang Asli Papua. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, minimnya sarana pendukung, dan keterlambatan pencairan anggaran. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terhadap sepuluh informan kunci. Fokus penelitian mencakup efektivitas pelaporan keuangan, penerapan sistem pengendalian intern, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat perbaikan dalam kepatuhan pelaporan, kinerja akuntabilitas masih terbatas akibat keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, lemahnya sistem pengendalian, dan rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Upaya seperti pelatihan auditor dan penyusunan SOP telah dilakukan, namun masih memerlukan dukungan kelembagaan yang lebih kuat. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan kapasitas, digitalisasi pengawasan, dan penerapan audit berbasis risiko untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas keuangan, khususnya di daerah otonomi baru. By analyzing 30 selected articles published between 2016–2025, this study maps the conceptual framework and empirical findings on psychological dynamics in the organizational context. The results of the review indicate that theories such as Self-Determination Theory, Big Five Personality Model, and Emotion Regulation Theory play an important role in explaining the interaction between psychological variables that impact strategic decision making, work engagement, and organizational productivity. Although many findings support the role of positive emotions and intrinsic motivation in improving performance, this study also identifies theoretical and methodological gaps, especially the lack of integrative approaches and cross-cultural studies. This study suggests future research directions to develop a more holistic theoretical framework and apply an adaptive simulation approach to understand psychological influences on corporate performance in more depth.</em></p> <p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara kepribadian, emosi, dan motivasi dalam memengaruhi performa keuangan perusahaan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan menganalisis 30 artikel terpilih yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2016–2025, studi ini memetakan kerangka konseptual dan temuan empiris mengenai dinamika psikologis dalam konteks organisasi. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa teori seperti Self-Determination Theory, Big Five Personality Model, dan Emotion Regulation Theory memainkan peran penting dalam menjelaskan interaksi antar variabel psikologis yang berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan strategis, keterlibatan kerja, dan produktivitas organisasi. Meskipun banyak temuan mendukung peran emosi positif dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap peningkatan kinerja, studi ini juga mengidentifikasi adanya kesenjangan teoretis dan metodologis, khususnya minimnya pendekatan integratif dan studi lintas budaya. This study identifies trends, challenges, and opportunities in collaborative approaches through the integration of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM), Triple Bottom Line (TBL), Dynamic Collaboration Theory, and Open Innovation Theory. The discussion covers various forms of collaboration, from strategic partnerships to the use of digital technologies for adaptive coordination. As a cafe in Sidoarjo, amidst the booming cafe scene, management should also pay attention to customer preferences. One such factor is store atmosphere, which is currently a popular choice among cafe customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store atmosphere on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction at The Rooster Coffee Company in Sidoarjo. This study involved 79 customers, with data collection using a questionnaire and analysis using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: There is a significant influence between store atmosphere and purchasing decisions at The Rooster Coffee Company in Sidoarjo, as the t-value was 3.008 with a significance level of 0.004. This study uses quantitative techniques because the number of UMKM actors in the Rungkut Surabaya area is quite large. In this study, the sampling strategy used random sampling and data collection using closed questionnaires. The study shows that HR competency, large companies, and business experience in general have little influence on the use of EMKM SAK in preparing financial reports. One important factor that influences the application of EMKM SAK in preparing financial reports is the HR (Human Resources) competency factor. One of the coffee shops in the city of Sidoarjo also uses Instagram social media as a marketing communication medium is Kedai Kembang Merah. The research aims to determine the use of Instagram social media @kedaikembangmerah as a marketing communication medium by Kedai Kembang Merah Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive with interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The result of this study is that the Kedai Kembang Merah in the use of Instagram social media as a marketing communication medium using Instagram features including uploading photos/videos, Instagram Stories, Captions, Comments, Hastags, Likes, Direct Messages (DM), follow/followers, Story Archive, Instagram Reels, Feeds, Geotagging, Instagram Ads, Instagram Highlights and these features are utilized using four of the five components of the marketing communication mix, namely Advertising, such as sending photos and videos to convey information and utilizing Instagram ads and paid influencer services for advertising. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 109 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari total populasi sebanyak 150 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (p &lt; 0,05), sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif namun parsial tidak signifikan (p &gt; 0,05). Namun, secara simultan, pelatihan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (p = 0,000) dengan kontribusi sebesar 58,2%. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan program pelatihan yang terarah dan sistem motivasi kerja yang adil untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan secara keseluruhan.
