Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is an important aspect that influences the company’s productivity, loyalty and long-term success. In this context, an effective human resources (HR) management strategy is the key to creating a supportive work environment and increasing employee motivation and engagement. This research aims to identify and analyze various HR management strategies that can be used to increase employee job satisfaction. Some of the main strategies studied include career development, improving communication, rewards, and managing stress and workload. The research results show that implementing these strategies can significantly increase employee job satisfaction and have a positive impact on overall organizational performance.
