This research aimed to analyze and evaluate asset management and its impact on the financial performance of companies. The method used was library research by reviewing various literatures from Google Scholar and relevant scientific journals. The findings revealed that asset management plays a strategic role in determining the success of a company. Asset growth positively affects the capital structure and company value. Financial performance can be measured through profitability ratio analysis, which reflects the efficiency of asset utilization in generating profits. Effective and efficient asset management is essential to support company operations, enhance investor confidence, and ensure business sustainability. This study provides an understanding of the importance of asset analysis and evaluation in corporate strategic decision-making.References
