Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine how employee welfare policies impact employee loyalty in multinational companies. To achieve this goal, the research reviews relevant literature, including books, journals, and previous research reports. The focus of this research is on employee welfare policies, which include benefits, work environment, training, and work-life balance, as well as how these policies affect loyalty through increased motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. Employee welfare policies encompass various aspects, such as benefits, training programs, and development. The analysis results show that appropriate welfare policies can enhance employee loyalty, especially in challenging multinational company environments. This research helps organizations create a framework to develop effective welfare policies to enhance employee loyalty, which ultimately improves the sustainability of the company.
