Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia relies heavily on customer loyalty for long-term business success especially at Gate Tanjung Emas which is one of the company's revenue sources. The purpose of this research is to analyse the impact of each variable digitization of payments, rates and quality of service as well as simultaneously on customer loyalty at Gate PT Pelabuhan Indonesia. The object of the search is a customer who uses the service at GateTanjung Emas PT Pelabuhan Indonesia. The sample of this study consisted of 96 respondents and methods using quantitative methods. The analysis techniques used are double linear analysis, determination coefficient, test f and test t. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously the digitization variables of payments, rates and quality of service have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at Gate Tanjung Emas PT Port Indonesia.
